Our return policy if amazingly simple and reserves the right of both parties.
Products are eligible for a return only when:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The product was defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was not open and is eligible to be resold by the company (to be determined by the company’s customer services team)
Product are NOT eligible for a return when:
- The products were purchased during sale
- The products were purchased using a discount code
- A return request was submitted after 7 days of purchase
